Once again, our students achieve great triumphs in sports at the national level. On this occasion, it was the turn of Santiago Casallas Concha, from the ninth grade A, who made his debut as the starting goalkeeper in the Millonarios U-15 team.
On November 16, the final of the Bogota Soccer League was held at the La Morena stadium, north of Bogota, where the Bogota classic was played between Millonarios and Santa Fe. The sporting encounter ended with a 1-1 score, leading to a penalty kick shootout. There, the blue team won for the second consecutive year thanks to a pair of saves by Casallas, for a score of 3-1, becoming the protagonist of the match.
Also, on November 19, the final of the Maracaná tournament was held, where the ambassador team finished runner-up, after being defeated in penalties by the team Chacarita Junior. It is worth mentioning Santiago's great performance in the team.
