The VII Intercollegiate Men's Golf Tournament "Copa Gimnasio de Los Cerros" took place last Friday, May 11, at the Club Militar de Golf.
The tournament was attended by parents and students from different schools in Bogota and the country, as well as students from the Universidad de La Sabana and federated and amateur golfers.
The sporting event organized by the Los Cerros Gymnasium, encourages teamwork between parents and children, promoting values such as respect, solidarity, honesty, among others. In this way, the school involves families in this discipline and promotes golf so that it continues to gain strength at a national level.
"This sport not only forms us with good sports disciplines, but also as good people and good students, since it instills values such as tranquility, sincerity and solidarity," emphasized Alejandro Avila, a student from Los Cerros.
